Fenty Yudyastuti

Yusuf Aditya Wibowo

Indonesian citizen, 34 years old as of December 31, 2025, obtained a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2014.

He served as the Manager of Legal Studies and Review of the Directorate of Human Resources, Gadjah Mada University in 2015-2022 and as the Designer of Internal Regulations of the Legal and Organizational Bureau of Gadjah Mada University since 2022 until now.

He was appointed to be the Audit Committee of PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk in 2025 in accordance with the resolutions of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2024 financial year and in accordance with the Decree of the Board of Commissioners Number 0002/PT.EPH-TbK/DK-SK/IV/2025.

He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors and the Controller Shareholder of the Company.

Amalina Nur Arifah

Indonesian citizen, 31 years old as of December 31, 2025, obtained her Master of Accounting degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2021.

She has served as an Assistant Lecturer at the Vocational Program of Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2019, as a Permanent Lecturer at Universitas Siber Muhammadiyah in 2022-present, as a Tutor at the Universitas Terbuka since 2023-present, and as a Trainer and Resource Person at Smart Solusindo since 2023-present.

In accordance with the resolutions of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2024 financial year, she has served as the audit committee at PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk since 2025 and in accordance with the Board of Commissioners’ Decree Number 0002/PT.EPH-TbK/DK-SK/IV/2025.

She has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors and the Controller Shareholder of the Company.
